Pre-School Trampolining
Pre-School classes have now been amalgamated so those involved will experience both Trampoline and Gymnastics, primarily for those aged between 2 and 4. All classes are for 45 minutes.
Recreational Trampolining
Recreational trampolining is for those of school age up to 18. All classes are for 60 minutes.
Advanced Trampolining
Advanced trampolining is for those selected from our recreational classes who have attained more advanced skills and require a higher coaching level. There is also the opportunity to compete at club level if so desired. All classes are for 90 minutes.
Adult Trampolining
Adult Trampolining is for anyone over the age of 18 who wants to have a go. No pressure – just a bit of fun to learn new skills or improve existing ones. All classes are for 60 minutes and paid per session
Jump Fit
Jump Fit is primarily for adults and for those who want to keep fit while having fun! Great for reducing body fat, toning your body, increasing agility and strengthening muscles, jump fit is the best

Recreational Gymnastics is for those of school age and above. All classes are for 60 minutes. We also run classes for those who are home educated. Recently added is Intermediate Gymnastics, which is those who have progressed but are not quite at the stage to move into the Advanced groups.

Parkour (Freestyle Gymnastics)
You leap across a huge drop like it isn’t there, sprint up a vertical wall and then execute an awesome back flip off the top. You feel total freedom. This is Parkour or Freestyle Gymnastics (FreeG). Come and express yourself! All classes are for 60 minutes.
Double Mini Trampoline
The DMT is like two mini tramps that have been joined in the middle. The first section of the apparatus is set at a slight angle and called the mount. From the mount, skills are performed onto the second section of the apparatus. This second section is called the spotter and is where skills can be performed back onto the tramp bed or as a dismount onto the landing mat.
Tumbling
Tumbling is a truly breath-taking type of gymnastics. It’s all about somersaults, flips and twists – and linking them together, one right after the other. If you already have a bit of gymnastics experience
Mini Fun n Bound
1.5 hours of supervised fun for pre-school children to play on the sprung floor, on the pit trampolines, on the ride-ons and gym equipment and let off a bit of steam safely.
