The Broadway Gallery is based in Letchworth Garden City. We support and develop a programme of exhibitions, events and educational activities that inspire our community.

Broadway Gallery is based in Letchworth Garden City. We support and develop a programme of exhibitions, events and educational activities that inspire our community. We are proud to be run by Letchworth Garden City Heritage Foundation; a charitable place-based organisation which reinvests income from its commercial portfolio back into the town.

Exhibition changeovers: Occasionally the Broadway Gallery and Garden City Arts Club may be closed to the public whilst a new exhibition is being installed. We try to plan our installations to keep disruption and Gallery closures to a minimum. Please check our social media accounts and website for any scheduled closures to avoid disappointment.
Garden City Arts Club: A relaxed, informal space at the heart of the Gallery. The Garden City Arts Club is a free, public area where you can meet others, catch up on work, or simply take a break. It’s open to everyone – whether you’re visiting the Gallery or just looking for a quiet, welcoming space. There are plenty of activities available for children too, making it a space for all ages.

Parking: There is no onsite parking at the Gallery, however the Wynd Car Park and is located on Openshaw Way behind the Gallery. There is also free parking on Leys Avenue for shorter visits.

By Bus: The nearest bus stop to the Broadway Gallery is Station Road (C & E). Services 55, 90, 91, 96, 96a, 99 and 386 all regular stop there. Alternatively, Letchworth Railway Stop is served by 53, 96, 97, 98 and W7.
By Train: The Broadway Gallery is a few minutes walk from Letchworth’s railway station. Journey time from London St Pancras and London Kings Cross is approximately 40mins with regular trains running throughout the day.
