Swimming Pools: Our brand-new state-of-the-art 25m, 8-lane swimming pool and a 20m pool is perfect for lane and fitness swimming, family swimming, local schools and Better Swim School lessons.
Gym: Our fully equipped gym features the latest Technogym equipment, including the brand-new Excite Live cardio range. You'll find a variety of cardiovascular machines, resistance equipment, a free weight area, a functional training space, and a Group Cycle Studio for you to enjoy.
Studios: At The Sands Leisure Centre, we have three studios available for fitness classes. Two of our state-of-the-art studios are equipped with integrated music systems and Wexer Virtual Fitness software, offering dozens of virtual classes every week. This setup provides the opportunity to enjoy both instructor-led and virtual classes.
Group Cycle Studio: At The Sands Centre, our spacious Group Cycle Studio offers an extensive class programme, running seven days a week.

Jungle Jacks Inflatable Party (£150): Come and bounce and race on our Jungle themed obstacle bouncy castle, this party is ideal for children 7 years and under which can accommodate 30 participants our large sports hall. Come and let your children race, climb, jump, and go wild.
Pool Float Party (£180): Enjoy dedicated access of the 20m Teaching Pool for a party full of fun. Floats and toys will be provided and music will be keeping the party moving. Any non-swimmers/under 8’s must be accompanied and activity supervised by a competent swimmer over 16 years in the pool. No more than two under 8’s/non-swimmers to one adult.
