Red Letter Days: A fun way to experience riding, Sunshine Riding School works with Red Letter Days to offer rides to the larger community in the UK. Due to the personal nature of Red Letter Days, various programmes run on selected days each month. Places are limited and booking early is recommended to avoid disappointment.

- Novice: Confidently walk, trot, canter, and stop while performing intermediate manoeuvres, including circles in walk, trot, canter, leg yielding, pole work, and small cross jumps up to 60cm. Mounting, dismounting, and adjusting stirrups and girth while mounted are included.
- Intermediate: Perform all Novice manoeuvres with additional exercises, including shoulder in/out, extension, collection in all paces, half passes, Novice and Elementary Dressage Tests, pole work, and large jumps up to 1 metre.
- Hacks: Riders must be confident in walk, trot, and canter at various paces. Control of the horse in open countryside, across fields, is required.
- Tasters: A chance to get up close to the horse, sit on the horse, and learn to walk, steer, and stop. Tasters provide an introduction to riding and a pathway to full lessons.
Holiday Hunts and Rides: Hacking and holiday “Hunts” offer the chance to ride out in the open over the hills of South Bedfordshire and Hertfordshire. Rides are suitable for every level and age of rider. Riders may use a school horse or bring their own horse. Parking is available in South Field, with a gate large enough for up to medium-sized horse boxes.
