From 25 meters long main pool, a teaching and diving pool with a movable floor, to a children's leisure pool, there is plenty of options whether you want to swim for fitness or leisure. To make it more exciting, there are also two flumes: one suitable for individuals to ride and the other for two people to ride together.
Gym: The recently re-decorated gym at Parkside Pools and Gym is the perfect place to train whatever your goals. With a 100-station gym with cardiovascular, resistance, free weights and functional equipment, there is plenty of workout options for everyone. We offer many weekly sessions with unique slots dedicated to junior users.
Fitness studio: The fitness studio at Parkside Pools and Gym is a great space that hosts a wide range of fitness classes, including yoga, pilates, HIIT, boxfit, Zumba, body conditioning and many more. The studio is equipped with a wide range of fitness gear to support you during your workouts.
Functional Outdoor Fitness Area: Nothing beats the feeling of training outdoors in the fresh air! IGNITE RIG is a state-of-the-art functional training frame with multiple training stations, including monkey bars, core plates, a rebound board, battle ropes, pull-up bars, a punching bag, a squat rack, and more. We have also added shock-absorbing flooring to limit the impact on knees and joints, reducing the risk of injury. Our flooring has marked areas for speed, agility and explosive training.
