  • Ultimate Rafting: Experience the ultimate whitewater adventure on the Tryweryn River with three runs through world-class grade 3–4 rapids. Suitable for ages 12+ and 1–6 people per raft, this 2-hour session maximizes river features, offering a truly immersive rafting experience with dam-released flows bigger than typical UK rivers.
  • Rapid Session: A shorter, high-adrenaline option featuring two runs through stacked grade 3–4 rapids. This session focuses on speed and excitement rather than playing on the river features, ideal for those with limited time or as part of a multi-activity day.
  • Rafting Safari: A 4-mile river journey from the centre to Bala, combining class 2–3 rapids with a class 4 grand finale. Suitable for children from age 10, this session offers a family-friendly river adventure. 
  • Canyoning Adventure: Traverse, climb, scramble, slide, and swim down a pristine Welsh mountain river. This offsite adventure lasts up to 2 hours (allow 4 hours including travel) and is suitable for participants aged 12+, with a minimum of 2 people required. 
  • Training Courses & Coaching: Courses available include Rescue 3, Paddle UK, first aid, kayak and canoe coaching, and raft guide training, providing skill development for all levels of paddlers.
  • Events: The centre hosts events such as the Tryweryn Festival, #ShePaddles White Water, slalom competitions, and raft races.

    • Main Route: Accessible via the A4212 (Bala to Trawsfynydd road). Clear signposts are located approximately 1 mile past Frongoch village.
    • From the South (e.g., M54, A5, A494): Head towards Bala, then turn right onto the A4212 towards Trawsfynydd.
    • From the North (e.g., M56, A494): Drive towards Bala, then turn right onto the A4212 towards Trawsfynydd.
