Things to Do:

  • Activities: There are plenty of activities taking place on the Nursery Ground during every major match. Head on over to test out your cricketing skills, see what our sponsors have to offer or enjoy your picnic on the grass. The Green will also make its return this summer at Vitality Blast - a free social space on the Nursery Ground to enjoy a drink and catch up with friends ahead of the match.
  • Get Close To The Players: The Nursery Ground hosts the players for their morning training sessions, where you'll be able to see the team go through their warm-up routines and net practices ahead of the day's play.
  • Bell Ringers: One of the famous Lord's traditions is the ringing of the five-minute bell to get the players ready and on the field ahead of a day of Test Match Cricket.

  • Parking: Although no car parking is available within the Ground on major match days, set down and pick up at the No. 6 car park can be arranged via Club Services as long as it’s booked in advance.
  • Food & Drink: This season at Lord’s Cricket Ground, we have an unbeatable selection of food and drink to make your matchday even more memorable! Whether you're craving juicy burgers, chicken & fries or a classic fish & chips, we’ve got something for every appetite.
  • Assistance Dogs: Lord’s welcome assistance dogs. Dog bowls are available from the Head Steward’s Office.

  • By Train: The nearest main line railway station is Marylebone which has step free access and Bus 113 connects to it form Lord’s (for anyone with mobility issues).
  • By Bus: The 13 and 113 routes run adjacent to Lord's on the Wellington Road (to the east of the Ground). These stop closest to the North and East Gates, but are within a comfortable walking distance to the Grace Gate.
  • By Road: Please avoid travelling to Lord’s via car unless you need to for access reasons. The Ground is best reached via public transport and active travel routes.
  • By Bike: A number of bike racks are available outside the Ground for cyclists to lock their bikes to.
  • By Underground: The following stations are all within walking distance of the Ground: St. John’s Wood – Jubilee line (10 mins; but often heavily congested). Baker Street – Bakerloo, Circle, Jubilee, Metropolitan, Hammersmith & City lines (18 mins).
