  • By Car: Put Pelham Street into your sat-nav for the best directions to our factory which is on the corner of Pelham St and Lichfield St. We have two free car parks. Alternative public car parks are available at Hinde Street (follow City Centre parking signs), a 5 min walk from the factory. Please bring evidence of your car park ticket (a photo or receipt) and we will offer you a free hot or cold drink with our compliments.
  • By Canal: We’re on the banks of the Cauldon Canal with several temporary moorings between Lichfield Street and Ivy House Lift Bridge nearby. Use the footbridge to cross to the factory car park.
  • By Train: We are just a few minutes by taxi from Stoke-on-Trent station, about 1 hour from Manchester and 1 1/2 hrs from London by train.
