Visitors can explore Discover @ The Pier, an exhibition space in the tollhouse featuring historic images, audio benches, and interactive displays. The Pier also features the Glass Box restaurant, beach and shoreline exploration, and access to exhibitions such as the Bell Room and Victorian mutoscope experience.
Entry tickets are valid for 12 months of free return visits, with prices set at £6 for adults, £4 for children aged 4–15, free for under 4s, and £15 for families (2 adults and up to 3 children). Additional venue hire is available for weddings, parties, and private events, including the Porthole Room at £70 per hour or £30 per hour community rate.
