Gym: Our professional gym team will discuss what your goals and aspirations are and provide you with a bespoke programme, tailored to your level of experience. Whether you want to lose weight, train for an event or simply struggle with the commitment of a long-term exercise programme, Xcite personal training could be the answer!
Fitness Classes: Whether you prefer face-to-face classes led by our Xcite team or our virtual classes that are broadcast on a big screen in our fitness studios by the Les Mills team, we'll have the fitness class for you.
Swimming: We have sessions for all abilities from lane swimming to aquafit. In addition, at 3 of our pools, we offer sauna and steam rooms. We want swimming to be available to all; our larger pools are equipped with hoists to allow users of all abilities to swim and we offer ASN sessions for those who require the right atmosphere to enjoy the water.
Sauna & Steam Rooms: You can access our sauna and steam room sessions at Xcite Linlithgow. Sessions are 1-hour long and there's no need to book in advance. The warm environment can be beneficial for most people, but especially those who may experience sore muscles, joints and arthritis. It may also help to reduce stress levels.
Pitches: Lace up your boots and play on our pitches! We offer bookable pitches in a number of our venues across West Lothian. All of our pitches are available to book directly through our Xcite venues, online or via the Xcite App! 5-a-side 3G pitches, 11-a-side 3G pitches, Indoor sports halls & Grass pitches.
Kids Coaching: The Xcite Coaching programme will help empower your child to advance in all their sporting activities - from gymnastics, football, golf or hockey to our award-winning Learn to Swim Programme!
Soft Play: SpaceBugs soft play will keep children active in an exciting, fun and safe environment. We offer public AND supervised sessions so that you can have time out to enjoy our facilities too! Suitable for children aged 18 months - 7 years old.
