World of Owls is a family-friendly wildlife centre in the UK that hosts one of the most varied collections of owls in the UK and Ireland. It focuses on education, conservation, and the care of rescued animals, providing an engaging and meaningful visit. The centre is open Tuesday to Sunday, from 11 am to 5 pm (last admission at 4 pm).

Guests can see a wide variety of owls like Long-eared, Short-eared, and Barn Owls, and also explore other wildlife such as birds of prey, reptiles, and mini beasts. The Amazing Animal Road Show and outreach events bring these animals to schools and events. Visitors can also enjoy refreshments at Tiny Owl Coffee.

Admission is £10.00 for adults, £9.00 for children (3–15) and OAPs, with under 3s entering free. A family ticket (2 adults + 2 children) is £36, with each extra child at £8. Owl Experiences cost an additional £30 and must be pre-booked.

The centre is ideal for special outings with its animal interactions and hands-on experiences.

  • From Belfast take the first or second slip-road after Junction One signed Randalstown.
  • Follow signs for forest and World of Owls. Approach from North there is a new slip road leading onto Moneynick Road just at the new  M2 merge. Follow signs for Randalstown and pick up signs for World of Owls.
