Based on the fun mission “Operation: Open Our Oversized Oysters!”, players must stop a gang of crafty crabs threatening Whitstable’s famous oysters. This is a self-guided spy mission walking Trail that takes you through Whitstable High Street, the waterfront, and hidden alleyways, starting near Gorrell Tank car park. Activities include following a mapped route, solving riddles and puzzles, tracking clues, learning about Whitstable, and using a text message clue service if you get stuck. The Trail is a 1.5-mile circular loop, takes 1.5+ hours to complete at your own pace, is suitable for ages 6–106, and includes entry into a £100 monthly prize draw.
The Treasure Hunt Trail costs £9.99, with one Trail booklet suitable for 4–5 people taking part together. The Trail can be downloaded instantly or sent by post, and it can also be used for birthday parties, following the standard Treasure Trails format.
