From the M25/A127 (Junction 29), follow signs for Basildon and take the A176 towards Basildon. Continue on Upper Mayne (A176), then follow signs to Cranes Farm Road (A1235). At the roundabout near Festival Leisure Park, take Festival Way. Just past Basildon Travelodge, turn right into Festival Business Park. TeamSport is the first building with parking directly in front.
From Southend-On-Sea/A127, take the exit for Gardiners Lane South, then right onto Cranes Farm Road (A1235). At the Festival Leisure Park roundabout, take Festival Way, then right into Festival Business Park just after Basildon Travelodge. TeamSport is the first building ahead with parking available.
