Toilets: You’ll find our toilets at the end of the corridor leading off the Ground Floor atrium (between Las Iguanas and Zizzi).
WiFi: We provide free WiFi throughout Resorts World.
Dogs: Guide dogs, hearing dogs and assistance dogs are welcome, but we do not allow non-working dogs.

Getting Here

Resorts World is perfectly situated near major motorways, Birmingham airport and Birmingham International train station. Depending on which direction you are coming from, the M42 (J6), the A452 and A45 are all nearby. For the latest travel and traffic news, see below.
If you are travelling by train/bus to Birmingham International Station you’ll be able to get to us via the walkway through the NEC. Alternatively, you can also use the stairs or lifts at that entrance down to Perimeter way and follow the signs to Resorts World.
