Gym: Our fully equipped gym is air-conditioned for your comfort, and offers a range of stylish Technogym fitness equipment including dedicated cardiovascular, resistance, free weights, functional training zones and spacious floor stretching area.
Studio: We have a fully equiped studio dedicated to delivering a range of fitness classes, from Group Cycle to Yoga. The room is temperature controlled and includes an integrated sound system so members can fully enjoy their up-tempo cardio workouts with our experienced and friendly team of instructors.
Outdoor Sports: We have one floodlit astro-turf 7-a-side football pitch available for hire throughout the day and evening. We also have one grass 7-a-side football pitch available for hire throughout the day and weekends.
