Adult Beginner Class (ABC): Ideal for adults new to indoor climbing and looking to build skills in a group setting. This course teaches climbing techniques, belaying, and safety awareness in a friendly, social environment.
Introductory Course: Designed for two adults (18+) who want a structured introduction to indoor climbing. Over three sessions, participants will learn essential skills such as belaying, knots, rope handling, and movement techniques—enabling safe, unsupervised climbing indoors.
Coaching Sessions: Customised one-on-one or small group coaching tailored to individual needs. These sessions are perfect for anyone aged 7+ looking to refine their technique or follow a personalised development programme.
Lead Climbing Course: Suitable for experienced indoor climbers who are confident with top rope climbing and wish to progress to lead climbing. The course covers all necessary safety and technique skills for indoor lead climbing. Participants must bring their own lead harness and belay device.
Group sessions: groups from 6 people upwards. These sessions are ideal for personal development, teaching climbing skills or just for the social experience. Can deliver one off sessions or a tailored programme with set objectives over several days/weeks including climbing as part of a wide range of educational syllabus. work on a 1:6 instructor to student ratio.
