  • Pottery Classes: Join us for our friendly weekly adult pottery classes where you can learn the art of throwing on a wheel and honing your handbuilding skills. Not only is pottery a therapeutic and relaxing activity, but it's also fun and creative . Discover your inner artist and create some beautiful or quirky things with us!
  • Baby & Paw Prints: There is something truly special about baby and paw prints. They are a unique and treasured keepsake, capturing the adorable tiny hands and feet of a little one or the imprint of a beloved fur baby. These prints serve as a reminder of the precious moments and memories that we hold dear in our hearts.
  • Introduction to Throwing: If you've seen people throw pots on a wheel and wanted to give it a try then the Introduction to throwing lesson is sure to get you to grips with the basics. In the 2hrs I will give a demonstration of the process  then you'll take to the wheel and give it a go! Don't worry if you have no previous experience I am confident you will master the steps in no time but the main thing is to enjoy having a go at learning this frustratingly fun skill. 
  • Continue your throwing journey: Lessons are a minimum of 1.5hr long and currently only available between 10am & 3pm  Wednesdays.  Lessons can be individual or in pairs working on more complex forms. This will include the firing and clear glazing of one pot per session. Extra pots can be fired at an additional cost. 
  • Handbuilding Workshops: Handbuilding workshops can be for 2 hours or 3 hours long and for up to 8 people. Projects can include mugs, functional ware such as bowls, plates and vases or more decorative pieces. The workshops start with a demonstration of handbuilding techniques such as coiling, slabbing or pinch pots then suggestions and ideas will get your creative ideas flowing. 
  • Throwing Workshop: Why not try something a little different with a throwing workshop. This is very much hands-on experience all about having fun while creating something out of nothing! No previous experience is needed as full tuition will be given for you to be able to make some treasured and sometimes interesting little pots. With four studio wheels it's possible for everyone to try their hand at throwing their own pot with family or friends.
