Gym: Spread across two floors our fully equipped, air-conditioned gym offers a range of fitness equipment for everyone. Our members can choose from cardiovascular machines such as treadmills, steppers and rowers, to resistance equipment, free weights, functional fitness equipment such as battle ropes, kettlebells, VIPR and TRX’s, and a dedicated stretching area.
Studio: Weekly Fitness Class programmes take place in our fitness studio as well as group cycle classes in the dedicated group cycle studio. Activities vary throughout the week to provide you with a range of exercises to target the entire body. Our Fitness classes are open to all; beginners, intermediates and experts.
Pools: Swimming is a great way to exercise with little strain of joints and muscles whilst still improving your fitness. The centre has 2 pools: Main Pool: 25m pool, for lane and general swimming. Teaching Pool: Ideal for learning to swim. From swimming lessons and swim for fitness lane swimming, to swim for all family fun swims.
Sports Hall: The Sports Hall is a multi-sport area featuring 2 badminton courts. In our Sports Hall, we have a range of different options including: Badminton & Table tennis.
Soft Play: Treat the kids to an indoor adventure all year round. Our structure consists of one floors bursting with fun activity including slides, Crawl Tube, Bash Bags, Hanging Snakes, Ball Pool, noughts & crosses Velcro game and an ocean themed sound wall.
Sauna: The sauna is the perfect way to relax after a gruelling workout. Why not take some time to unwind? The sauna must be pre-booked.

Pool Parties: Our pool parties are held in our teaching pool. The pool party is suitable for children under 6 years old. The parties include balls, floats and plenty of fun. Parties are £275 for a pool party in the teaching pool. This price includes 1 hour in the water and 1 hour in our party room. We provide tables, chairs and upon request a soundsystem.
Soft Play Parties: Our soft play parties are avaiable on Saturday's and Sundays from 14:00-16:00. The soft play party is suitable for children under 6 years old. The parties include balls, slides and plenty of fun. Parties are £220 for a soft play party. This price includes 1 hour in the soft play area and exclusive use of the party room space. We provide tables, chairs and upon request a soundsystem.
Aqua Splash Pool Party: Experience the excitement of play challenges, races and family fun on the water with Aqua Splash - an exciting, inflatable obstacle course that is laid out in the swimming pool. Designed for adults and children Aqua Splash is a perfect day out to celebrate your birthday.
