Our friendly fitness instructors are always on hand to help you meet your fitness goals from your initial induction through to refocus sessions. We also offer personal training for those who want an extra push to overcome any obstacles.
Studio: Staying motivated can be a challenge, but with the wide variety of fitness classes we offer across two studios, you'll find the perfect way to keep active for you. We also have a state-of-the-art virtual fitness class studio which allows customers to select from 200 Group Cycle classes at a click of a button at a time that suits you.
Squash Courts: Back open after refurbishment, we offer two squash courts that are available for casual or block bookings.
Sports Hall: Back open after a major refurbishment, our Sports Hall offers a vast range of activities within its 4 courts including badminton, basketball, football (5-a-side) and table tennis.
Swimming Pools: Enjoy access to our brand new 25m swimming pool along with a brand new dedicated learner pool which will hosts our Better Swim School.

Swimming Pool Party (£230.00): Make a splash for your child's birthday party. This fun pool party session includes floats, swimming aids, pool toys and Rocky the Croccy. Pool parties are aimed at children 1-7 years old, and take place in our Teaching Pool. Party can be booked for a maximum of 40 children or adults.
Soft Play Party (£230.00): Celebrate your child’s birthday with exclusive use of our soft play facility at Keynsham Leisure Centre. A great place for your children to celebrate their special day with up to 30 children in our fully enclosed play structure. They'll be able to climb, crawl, hang and do all the other stuff they love but in complete safety.
Inflatable Assault Course Party (£216.00): Celebrate your child's birthday with exclusive use of our Inflatable Assault Course at Keynsham Leisure Centre. A great place for your children to celebrate their special day with up to 40 of their friends in our fully inclosed Inflatable, with lots of obstacles to get through, finishing by going down a high slide.
