Swimming Pool: We’ve got two indoor swimming pools – a 25m main pool and a smaller teaching pool. Most of our swim sessions – including our award-winning swim lessons – take place in the main pool, while the teaching pool is reserved for smaller children’s first experiences of the water.
Reformer Studio: Our brand-new Reformer Studio offers a dynamic, full-body workout that combines strength, flexibility, and endurance. The machines allow for a wide range of exercises that target every muscle group.
Group Fitness Studios: Our group fitness studios have something for everyone, boasting the very latest Les Mills classes, including BODYCOMBAT 100, BODYATTACK125, BODYPUMP 130 and BODYBALANCE 130. Each of these offers something different, depending on your fitness goals.
Lido: The jewel in the crown of the Hitchin Swimming and Fitness Centre is the fabulous 50m heated lido. There’s both a smaller, shallower pool for kids to enjoy, while the larger pool is ideal for both leisure and lane swimming.
Sunbathing Area: If the excitement of the pool is getting a little too much for you, or you just fancy enjoying some of those English summer rays, then slap on the sunscreen and settle down in our sunbathing area.

Fun Swim Party (£220.00): An Everyone Active fun swimming birthday party includes floats, toys, and games for children and adults (one adult per 2 children under 8) to enjoy together. Every pool birthday party is looked after by fully-qualified lifeguards. A registration form will need to be completed prior to arrival. All participants will need to wear suitable swimwear, and remember to bring a towel.
