Gym: Our fully equipped gym has a range of Life Fitness equipment including cardiovascular machines from treadmills, rowers and steppers to resistance and free weights equipment. There are also dedicated stretching areas and a 15m sled track.
Swimming Pools: Our swimming pools include a 25m, 8-lane competition pool and a spacious viewing gallery. The 18m learner pool hosts Better Swim School lessons, local schools and is great for family swim sessions. There is also a Pool Pod and accessible pool hoist in the learner pool to ensure easy pool access for all.
Fitness Studios: We have two dedicated fitness studios. Glass studio and Mill studio both house our range of fitness classes on a weekly basis. It is fully equipped with steps, weights, blocks and mats so members can fully enjoy their workouts.
Group Cycle Studio: Our long awaited dedicated Group Cycle Studio is now finally here! We have upgraded our current studio into something really amazing which includes over 20 high-performance group cycle bikes, brand new LED lighting plus a new fresh coat of paint.
Health Suite: Our Health Suite includes a sauna, steam and ice room. Each room will aid you in your recovery time and give you the ultimate sense of well being and relaxation.
Crèche: We are delighted to announce that Just Kidz have taken over the running of the crèche at Glass Mill Leisure Centre offering crèche, breakfast and after school clubs for children aged from 6 months to 5 years.
