Below are some of the points to note before going to Flip Out Liecester.
We need to make sure that you are all set!
1. Booking tickets: It is strongly recommended that one may book in advance. The tickets are available even on the spot but sometimes the dealay can be caused. Hence, booking online is preferred.
2. Cost: At Flip Out, prices vary from store to store, so please double check before your visit!
3. Flip Out Grip Socks: Flip Out Grip socks have been specially designed to increase grip on our trampolines, reducing the risk of injury – especially on our wall trampolines. Flip Out socks cost £1.50 – £2.50 and are yours to keep and re-use.
4. Lockers: Some stores have lockers or cubby holes. We advise you to bring a £1 coin for the lockers, some stores will take a £5 deposit for use of the lockers. Please check with your store before visiting to see what facility they offer.
5. Safety: Before your session you will watch a safety briefing giving the do’s and don’ts of the Trampoline Arena. The staff is first-aid trained and on site at all times to keep you and others safe.
6. Age: All ages are welcome to Flip Out. Children of 11 years and under must have a parent or guardian on-site at all times. If you’re between 12-18 years old, your parent or guardian must fill the waiver out for you but does not have to be present when you visit the park. At the Preston branch, adults will need to be present at all times. All under 5’s must be accompanied by an adult at all times when in the arena, but the adults don’t have to bounce. Charges apply at some branches for adults.
7. Arrival before jump: All Flippers must arrive 30 minutes prior to their scheduled start time to allow for check-in, completing the waiver and watch the safety briefing.
8. Attire before you jump: To Flip Out you need to wear comfortable clothes; sports gear is ideal. No jewellery or sharp objects such as belt buckles or clothing studs are permitted on trampolines. Please note, it is essential that Flip Out grip socks are worn.
9. Groups in the form of Schools, Clubs, Charities or Youth groups: All such groups are welcome. Get in touch with your local arena to organise! This is dependant on availability. Concessions are not offered during holiday periods.
10. Signing Waiver: For insurance purposes, every Flipper must have a completed and signed waiver from the Flip Out location they are Flipping at. If you are between 12-18 years old, your parent or legal guardian must fill the waiver out for you but does not have to be present when you visit the park. At some of our store's children aged 11 years and under must have a parent or guardian on-site at all times. At Preston branch, adults will need to be present at all times.
11. Come and Watch: You can access the viewing platform / Café free of charge. Refreshments and food are available to purchase in our cafés. *Please note that spectator fees apply in some of the Parks - please check before visiting.
12. Minimum Age Bar: Anyone is welcome, if you can walk, you can flip! All under 5’s must be accompanied by an adult at all times when in the arena.
13. Parents?Guardians required at partying: A minimum of 1 parent/guardian is required to be present per 10 children.
14. Maximum Weight Limit: A maximum weight of 125kg is recommended.
15. Cancelling Booking: You shall be entitled to cancel your booking at any time. You will have a 24-hour window from the point of payment where you will be entitled to a full refund*. Any cancellations occurring after this 24-hour period will only be offered to transfer to another date. No refunds will be issued. *If you book within 24 hours of the booking date and time, you will not be entitled to a refund and will only be able to move your booking or receive a credit note for the amount paid.
