What to see

Jumps
The jump sessions give you access to the amazing arena including Trampolines, Wipeout, Ninja Assault Course, Funhouse and so much more. They offer various jump sessions through the week including our unlimited weekday sessions and the popular weekend one hour jumps.

Fitness classes
A 10 minute bounce on a trampoline is as effective as 30 minutes running so book yourself on to our Flip Fit or Boot Fit classes for exercise classes that you will really enjoy.

Flip Fit
Our Flip Fit classes are the most enjoyable way to boost energy, tone and strengthen, and burn up to 1000 calories per session

Boot Fit
The military style Boot Fit classes are tailored to you, to target the areas you personally want to develop.

After Dark
Flip Out with friends and party the night away on the last Friday of every month. You can dance & bounce the night away at After Dark. You can Spend 2 hours bouncing in the arena with the disco lights on, and the music turned up! Follow our social media pages to hear about any special themed After Dark nights.

Send Sessions
They close the arena to the general public for these Special Educational Needs and/or Disabilities sessions. During these dedicated SEND sessions, they will be closing the arena to the general public giving people with Special Educational Needs and/or Disabilities the chance to come in and have tonnes of fun with their carers or family. We will create a calm atmosphere with dimmed lighting and by turning the music down. During any session please speak with staff if we can do anything to help you whether it be adjusting music volume, or giving you any assistance.
