Gym: Our fully equipped, 150+ station gym has the latest Technogym equipment, including the brand new Excite Live cardio range. From cardiovascular and resistance machines to free-weight area and functional programmable space, there is plenty of options to help you achieve all your health and fitness goals.
Studios: We have two air-conditioned studios offering a wide range of classes. Studio 1 is our larger studio where classes such as Zumba and Power Pump take place. While in Studio 2 you'll get a chance to relax and unwind with one of our Mind and Body classes, including Pilates and Yoga.
Swimming Pools: Donyngs Leisure Centre is home to two swimming pools. The Main Pool, which is 25 meters long and six lanes wide and offers a wide range of sessions from lane swimming to family fun swim, and The Learner Pool, which is 0.9 meters deep, where Swimbies lessons take place.
Sports Hall: Our amazing 6-court sports hall offers a wide range of activities from badminton, basketball and football.
Group Cycle Studio: The 22-station air-conditioned Group Cycle Studio is equipped with state-of-the-art Technogym bikes. It offers many classes throughout the week with a qualified and enthusiastic team of fitness instructors.
Soft Play: Our exciting soft play area provides a colourful, fun and safe environment for children aged 6 and under to play and explore. It offers various weekly sessions and can be booked for your next birthday party celebration.
Squash Courts: If you are looking for different ways to stay active, squash is a great way to exercise and have fun at the same time. With 4 courts and various sessions available daily, there are plenty of opportunities to start moving.
