Swimming Lessons: Corby International Pool aims to provide the highest quality kids swimming lessons that are delivered by enthusiastic and qualified instructors. Children will be taught under the supervision of the instructor with support from their parent in the pool. Children will work through the Discovery Ducklings awards with lessons full of activities to stimulate and gain their confidence in the water.
Learn to Dive: To start diving lessons, children must be confident in deep water (4m) or have passed stage 4 on the new national plan for teaching swimming. Adults should also be confident swimming in very deep water but also be able to swim at least 25m. Working in partnership with Corby Steel Diving Club we want to provide a fun diving environment for all levels.
Gym: Step into a world of cutting-edge fitness with our state-of-the-art EGYM equipment. Lodge Park Sports Centre is now fully equipped with 10 advanced EGYM machines and Fitness Hub, designed to enhance your workout experience and help you achieve your goals faster than ever! 80+ Station Gym at Corby East Midlands International Pool. Teen Fitness Sessions are fully supervised by our gym team ensuring they are training safely throughout.
Creche: Are you looking for childcare whilst you have some 'Me Time'? Our facilities offer you the opportunity to go to the gym, attend a group exercise class, have a swim, catch up with a friend for a coffee or shop in town. Available for children aged 3 months to 5 years at Corby East Midlands International Pool.

We offer a fabulous range of aquatic parties all designed to make your child's party experience memorable and special (includes invitations).

Swim Party: 45 minutes in the fun end of the main pool with floats and shared use of Aquatube Body Ride (Slide). Height restrictions apply, children should be aged 5 or above and 1.2m tall to use the Aquatube Body Ride with a max weight of 18 stone/114kg. Maximum number – 40 (includes children and adults) Admittance Policy applies. Max 40 children. Available: Saturday's 4pm - 5pm or 5:30pm - 6:30pm
Under 5's Swim Party: Sole use of the fun pool (pirate ship area) Available: Saturday's 4pm - 5pm or 5:30pm - 6:30pm. Admittance Policy applies. Max 40 children.
Supervised Diving Party: 10 minute safety brief/rules, 45 minute session only competent swimmers. Children aged 6 & 7 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian. Max 20 children. Available: Saturday's 4pm - 5pm or 5:30pm - 6:30pm
Creche 'Fun Play' Party: Sole use of the air conditioned creche with party host. Times available are flexible and additional hours can be added for an additional charge. Please contact reception for further details. Food can be brought in or purchased from the cafe.
