The farm specializes in Irish Draught stallions, with Bluestone Zeus (£450 per mare) and Gorseyleas Hunter’s Moon (£500 per mare) producing high-quality progeny for showing, hunting, jumping, dressage, and eventing. Brook House Livery Yard offers grass and DIY livery, American Barn-style stables, an indoor arena (40m x 25m) for schooling and jumping, and miles of scenic hacking via lanes and bridleways.

Livery Yard: Brook House Livery Yard, located in the heart of the beautiful Lincolnshire Wolds, has been established for 30 years. The yard offers several paddocks for turnout and grass livery, with farm buildings converted into American Barn-style stables. An indoor arena (40m x 25m) with lights is available for schooling, riding, and jumping, particularly useful during colder, wetter months. The yard mainly offers grass and DIY livery but is flexible and can provide part or full livery packages to suit the owner. Haylage, straw, and shavings are supplied, and miles of glorious hacking are available straight from the yard via wide verged lanes and bridleways across open countryside. The yard also has a home-grown farrier, Matt Strawson, DipWCF Hons., who was voted Horse & Hound Farrier of the Year 2023.
Connemaras: A small number of registered Connemara mares are bred on site, with covering stallions outsourced. Occasionally, youngstock is available for sale, including homebred Pure Irish Draught, ID x Thoroughbred, and ID x Warmblood horses ranging from foals to 5-year-olds.
